Karen Luethy, PA
Karen Luethy received her Physician Assistant degree in 1992 while
also earning her Bachelor in Science degree in Medical Science from
Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. That same year
she received her certification from the National Commission on Certification
of Physician Assistants.
Karen has worked in Orthopedics for several years, learning from
fine surgeons at a level one-trauma center at Norfolk General Hospital.
In 1999, she went to Portsmouth Naval Hospital to work with the
Navy's elite Orthopedic Resident Program and dependent pediatric
fracture clinic. After two years, she ventured back out to private
practice in Newport News.
Karen joined the staff in November of 2003. She relocated from
the Tidewater area of Virginia. Karen now resides, with her husband
and three children, in St Michaels, Maryland.
