Thomas A. Otter, M.D.Orthopaedic Surgery
Thomas A. Otter, M.D., is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He completed medical school at the University of Minnesota and his internship at Baltimore City Hospital. He completed his orthopedic residency orthopedics at Johns Hopkins Hospital and fellowship in hand surgery with Joseph Boyes in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Otter has served as Vice Chief of the Department of Orthopedics at Memorial Hospital. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the Medical & Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland.
