Community Involvement - Beyond individual care.
We reach beyond providing quality health care for the individual to
provide services needed in the community. Our physicians give educational talks throughout the year in various community locations. Look for advertisements in the local newspaper for time and place.
A yearly Coaches Clinic is provided, free, to the school and recreational coaches from Talbot, Dorchester, Caroline, Queen Anne, and Kent County. Our fellowship trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon, Richard J. Mason, MD, serves as a volunteer physician for Talbot County schools. Look for him on the sidelines of the Easton High School home football games. To assist him we have hired a certified athletic trainer that works at the schools providing pre and post injury assistance five days a week to the Talbot County athletes during practice, home games, and various tournaments.
